Agreement to Terms
By accessing the services provided by Metaelement, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our website development and digital services. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Service Scope
Metaelement provides professional digital solutions, including but not limited to:
Website Development (Custom, Shopify, WordPress)
Digital Marketing Agencies Services (SEO, PPC, Social Media)
Graphic Design Agency Services (Branding, UI/UX)
SEO Service & Content Strategy
We commit to delivering these services according to the scope defined in your specific project proposal or invoice.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, the client is granted ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., source code, design files).
Custom Code: You own the specific website development code created for your project.
Agency Tools: Metaelement retains the right to reusable code libraries and tools used to build your project.
Client Content: You retain all rights to the text, images, and data you provide to us.
Payment Terms
Currency: All quotes and invoices are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.
Schedule: A deposit is required to commence any website development or marketing project. Final balance is due upon project completion or key milestones.
Late Fees: Invoices overdue by more than 15 days may incur a late fee.
Client Obligations
To ensure timely delivery, you agree to provide necessary access (hosting, CMS, analytics) and feedback within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in client feedback may result in adjusted project timelines.
Limitation of Liability
Metaelement will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we employ best practices for SEO service and security, we cannot guarantee specific search rankings or immunity from third-party cyber attacks.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Client Termination: You are liable for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
Agency Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
